ALL Questions are situational based. There is very little conversation outside of the structured questions.
Though your recruiter will give you interview tips and advise, you MUST still prepare and practice.
Be confident in your responses and make sure you have a situation in mind for all possible questions before hand!
Think of the possible questions- research online (situation based questions)
Tell me about a time when...
you provided excellent communication
you disagreed with a co-worker and handled it professionally
you had to provide feedback
you received negative feedback
you accomplished a difficult goal
a particular task interfered with another one
Though some question may seem like they are just asking you to speak on the "time", you also thoroughly explain the "thing" that happened, what action you took, and what was the result/how you created a positive result
Good Luck!

Question 1
Tell me about a time when a task you were assigned with interfered with another task
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Columbia, MD) in Jan 2011
Interview
The interview process was not what one would call effective, it was very subjective and not optimal to select the best candidates. interviewed individually, with 3 or so different people, then in a group setting. At no point I felt like my experience, ability, or past performance mattered at all, if anything I felt like it was irrelevant.
