The first two interviews took place in-person. After you pass those interviews, they set up times for higher level managers to contact you by phone. These interviews were more difficult since they were over the phone.

Four rounds, the first was with a recruiter and then 3 with people who oversee the regional stores. A lot of questions were the same each round. Behavioral-type questions that started with "tell me about a time when...".

Interview
I discussed my resume, then there were some questions asked regarding job responsibilities/qualifications. Following that, the interviewer asked 4 situational questions i.e., "Tell me a time when..." Somewhat difficult. This was step one. I am still waiting to hear back from Target regarding a phone interview.
