I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Target
Interview
Talked to them at the career fair and they asked me to sign up for an interview. Had an on campus interview the next day---thought it went well, but did not make the next interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Medellín, Antioquia) in Mar 2014
Interview
First, I went through the interview process with the recruiter. It was a great process, since she was concerned in making sure I was very prepared for the interview with the District Manager and above. This is the first company I see this doing. Target finds his/her team members by asking behavioral questions. Based on the responses offered by the interviewed, they determine if they are ready to work in this fast pace company.

Question 1
Give an example of a goal you did not meet and how you handled it
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Tucson, AZ) in Oct 2015
Interview
Contacted by multiple recruiters, and finally started the interview process. Had my first interview with my recruiter, then took the assessment, interviewed with the Store Team Leader and then with the District Team Leader. My experience interviewing with the STL was not what I had expected. He hated that he had to use an interview packet and made that very clear with me. He told me Target was not doing so well and that they terminated 2,000 people last year, mostly from corporate office. I thought that was very unprofessional as I would hope that the STLs would be very aspirational about the company that they work for. He had me meet with the District Team Leader that same day, and I unfortunately received an email saying that they are pursuing other candidates.
