Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

Ridiculous. It took three weeks to set up the interview, and two weeks to get back to me. I had to go through my ETL and STL and nobody from corporate actually talked to me.

Lots of behavioral questions. It is very important that you really know why you want to work there. Have lots of experience with team leadership and management. They are great at training you. Just relax, study, pray and be open-minded. Everything will be great!
