I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Target (New York, NY) in Sep 2016
Interview
Went through about 5-6 1:1 interviews about approx. 2 phone interviews. The process was long but each interview could be said to be the best interviews I've ever had. Ease. Comfort. Flow.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Ventura, CA) in Aug 2016
Interview
After I filled out a lengthy online application, a corporate recruiter emailed me regarding setting up a phone interview. I had a 20 minute phone interview with the recruiter that went well and she set up a in-store interview for the following week. I met with what I believe was a store manager at the district office located inside a Target store. The interview last about 30 min and I felt it went well. They use mostly STAR interview method in all their questions. I received an email two days later that I was not being considered to move on to the next step in the process.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (College Station, TX) in Sep 2016
Interview
The interview was good! Contrary to usual they began by asking me if I had any questions about the job. Then there was a serious of required questions that he read off from which asked if I was "legally allowed to work in the US", "Desired pay", "ability to relocate", "willing to take drug test", etc. Then they asked four behavioral based questions. They concluded by asking if I had any other questions again and then by giving them a form on where I preferred to be placed for work.
