Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

I was asked to answer 5 questions. The format for each question was to be answered using the STAR format. Situation, task, action, results. It was a 1:1 with the store team leader and then was followed up with a phone call with the HR manager.

I was called about an interview. I had about 4 over the phone interviews. It did not last long. It was a full week process. It was pretty laid back. I would not recommend this job for anyone. No worklife balance.
