Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

The process was pretty simple. I met them at a career fair and had an interview the following day. I had a one on one interview with an employee and then afterwards someone else came in and interviewed me as well. About a week later I had a final 5 minute Skype interview. I could essentially tell I was getting an offer after the first interview, which was nice.

It was strange because I was applying for an internship across many states from me but they were very nice about it. It concerned them because they want interns who will stay with them after, but the recruiters were great in doing their best to help me.
