Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

Applied online. Heard back the next day (caught them at the right time for hiring in my area, it is not always like that). Spoke with a recruiter on the phone for my first interview, it felt more like a conversation. Next I spoke with the HR for the district on the phone. From there I was asked to visit the district office where I met HR in person then next I met with the District Team Leader. All interviewers were behavior based questions. Behavior based questions

3 interviews and an online survey. In person at the university I attended. They used mainly behavioral based questions. It was a bit formal. I prepared a lot prior to it to ensure I would excel. The online survey was long and asked a lot of logic/math questions. Be prepared for that part but it's timed!
