I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
I was contacted via email by a recruiter who had pulled my resume from an employment site. We scheduled a phone interview, where she asked a few behavioral based questions. One day later, I was scheduled for an in-person interview with a Store Leader, who asked more behavioral based questions. One day later, the recruiter reached out and to schedule a final interview with the District & HR managers. After the interview, I received a phone call before I could get home that I was offered the position!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Dec 2017
Interview
Phone interview was long and standard in questions. Odd pauses and forced conversations. I was not told about the exact location until the interview ended. This led to me declining the offer after the hour long phone interview.
