Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

I was interviewed on the phone and there were five behavioral questions. Then I was given two interviews in person on the same day. Each interview had five behavioral questions. Make sure you come up with behavioral examples before you go into the interview. I would say to make sure to come up with fifteen examples.

I was asked to interview with Target at a career fair being held by my University. The initial interview consisted of two interviewers taking turns asking me behavioral type questions. After that there was a phone interview, followed up by a company visit, and then another set of interviews. In that final set of interviews you actually do interviews in three different rooms with 2 people in each room.
