Interview
I originally got a team interview through my university scheduled on campus with myself and two STLs. The questions asked were all STAR type as everyone else has mentioned on this site with one person doing the questions and another on note-taking duty. The interview lasted thirty minutes and both STLs were kind. They seemed receptive to the few questions I had, I thanked them, and went about my day.
The next day, I received and did the aforementioned test in which there were lots of character-based questions interspersed with logic and math. Get yourself a pad of paper and it will help a lot.
After all this, I received an invite to a 3.5h Talent Day at one of our local stores where we met with STLs from the area and the DTL. Everyone again was nice, and the same two STLs were there, so we talked and this helped take the pressure off. Then we were off to two of the exact same types of interviews as the other, finishing with a store tour by some of the ETLs.
Overall, I had a great experience and I was very disappointed to not get the position, especially due to the great culture and the nice STLs. If anyone out there from Target is reading this, it would have been much nicer to actually hear from HR about not getting the offer afterwards instead of just a canned email. There is also a lot to debate over whether or not they should provide feedback (they don't) so just be ready for that going in. I was slightly peeved over this and I think it's a shame I couldn't learn something more out of the experience due to that.
Still, I would say it's overall a position experience, just some policy annoyances. Be ready to build your stories that sound good and prepare on how best to fit them into the situational questions.

The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Target in Apr 2012
Interview
I gave my resume to a representative at a career fair. About 2 weeks later I was contacted by a recruiter and told that someone in my area would call me for a phone interview. About a week later I had my phone interview. I was then sent an online assessment. One week after that a member of HR called to schedule an in person interview with a STL. After that I was called for an interview with the DTL. Then a week later I had my final phone interview with HR and am currently waiting for a phone call.

I met a team leader at a career fair and then was contacted shortly after for an interview. I had a face to face interview with a recruiter and team leader all in one day. Basic questions such as strengths/weaknesses and a lot of behavioral questions.
