I applied online. I interviewed at TTEC (Ennis, TX) in Sep 2014
Interview
The woman who interviewed me was very polite, and walked me through the process for the portion of the interview you complete on their intranet, and then immediately after I finished, she did a face to face interview. I landed the job on the spot, and she told me when I'd start.

I applied online. I interviewed at TTEC (Belfast, Irlanda del Norte) in Oct 2014
Interview
Applied online. Had to spend 2 hours to go through an online assessment. Many of the questions weren't even related to the role I applied for (questions about 1G/2G channel access methods, powershell/command line commands, ipconfig, Windows XP settings) or weren't specific enough (how to perform a certain task without specifying the operating system). The application was saved as a draft, there wasn't any button to submit it. I contacted their chat support, I was told that my application had been received and I would receive an e-mail within 3 days. After receiving nothing for 5 days I contacted them again. I was told that a recruiter would call me. A few minutes later I was told that the position had been filled. I was advised to apply for a different role (and spend another 2 hours with their online assessment). Thanks but no thanks., there are things I don't need to experience twice and this was one of them.
PS: Their chat support is totally useless, no willingness to help you and solve your problem, the most frequent reply you'll get from them is "wait, someone will e-mail/call you". Being a technical support company I really hope they treat their customers better than their candidates.
