TTEC Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interviewer is really friendly. i take assestment first via email and when you pass the assessment they will email you to schedule youre self.and the interview process Is via phone. just really get nervous since that is my first interview.

Very simple zoom interview. It was not hard. The lady talked about the process from interview to hire and then individually asked every canidate on zoom about themselves. I was offered a job and I am going to except it. The process was very simple so far.
