I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TTEC (St. John's, NL) in Jun 2021
Interview
It was quick to hear back from the company after I applied. I had to do a roleplay test where I was pretending to help customers via a chat. Then I was invited to an interactive interview. It was more like a class. The interview was conducted via zoom and had about 30 other interviewees in with me. There was one recruiter. She took attendance first then she mentioned to us about the role, pay, benefits, growth opportunities. Then she had us introduce our selves as she called out names. Then she asked us a few interview questions about our customer service experience and skills we have. She asked us to post our answers into the zoom chat box (she made it private so only she could see the answers). It felt like I was in school but overall it was a good interview. The next day I was sent an offer letter, I accepted, had to perform a background check and now I am waiting for my training date!

It was a joke. I was interviewed along with another candidate. I felt like the interviewer did not care and even if neither of us said anything we would've still got hired, but I guess that's expected for a company and a job like this.
