The interviewer is really friendly. i take assestment first via email and when you pass the assessment they will email you to schedule youre self.and the interview process Is via phone. just really get nervous since that is my first interview.

Group interviews where you hear about the position ro determine if you want it. You may speak to someone individually but not always. Then you are sent an offer letter if indicating interest
I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.

Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
