TTEC Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

The interview process was virtually painless. The interviewer needs to be a little better trained. Other than that the whole process was painless and done quickly. Worked there in the past and returned without any reservations.

I received email to schedule an interview which was held online thru Zoom. There was 13 others in this group interview. We were told that the client will conduct the 2nd interview tomorrow, but I never received the 2nd interview. .
