TTEC Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Process was a two part interview, first was over the phone and second was web cam with a group of people. Pretty easy, they asked basic questions nothing to much into depth.

1) A phone screen in english with a recruiter 2) A cover letter to write in French to explain my motivation for the role, the product and the company 3) An interview on site, in english, with two Sales Manager 4) A last call in French to make sure I still wanted the job and to give me the positive answer
