TTEC Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

The interview process was brief and the interviewer's pleasant tone calmed my nerves since it was my first job interview. She put me at ease and that boosted my confidence in answering her questions.

Pretty awesome and a quite hard interview. It is in a time manner and I was interviewed by the knowledgeable interviewee. The interviewee make sure that I understand every questions and he/she was so very patient on interviewing me.
