I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Montreal, QC) in Jul 2017
Interview
In the starting of the process, I got a telephonic interview which was just about the basic qualifications check & job specifications followed up by a personal interview & brief computer test, which was followed by an HR interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most questions were related to CV & customer service about basics of handling a customer, and how to handle an angry customer, the basic framework of the process, the necessary skills required.
I applied online. I interviewed at TTEC (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2017
Interview
The interview was 50+ people on a conference call/Zoom presentation. It was not really an interview per say, it was more like a brief job description and a very brief summation of salary, schedules, and all other important information.
I applied for a part time position, but came to find it was a full time, seasonal position. The pay is significantly lower than I had expected as well. They wont tell you your schedule until your orientation/training. You must have an approved headset, and USB prior to starting.
I applied online. I interviewed at TTEC (Hopkinsville, KY) in Aug 2017
Interview
Wasn't really a interview. You are getting hired on spot. Depending who you get, they might ask about previous employment, availability, work preference, etc. The inter process is fairly easily.
