I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Morgantown, WV) in Jul 2013
Interview
They do job fairs frequently. You go in and take a brief (about 15 minute) computer test with various scenarios, then they have you wait a bit, talk to you a little and schedule a training start date (if you did decently on computer test).

Question 1
When I would be able to start working (it wasn't a typical interview, they were doing mass hiring)
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TTEC (Kalispell, MT) in May 2013
Interview
I submitted an online application and immediately got an email letting me know the position had been filled. 10 minutes after that I got a phone call inviting me to what they called an interview but what was actually a group tour of the facility and a brief presentation on what the job would be like. After that, the entire group (15 of us?) filled out new-hire paperwork and chose dates to start training. I've never gotten a job that fast or where they stated outright they didn't think they should have to pay new hires to fill out paperwork (there's nothing illegal about not paying for that time, it's just really weird) and where they made a big deal about paying for training (which is legally required, btw, if the training is specific to the job and non-optional).
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TTEC (Las Vegas, NV) in Apr 2017
Interview
Went to first interview. Was hired and invited back for a second interview in which they offered a job and I accepted offer. Was very pleasant and laid back. Great experience.
