TTEC Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

As far as I can remember, the first interview was after listening to a call, they asked me few questions about how the call went, if the consultant did well, was the issue resolve, if there is anything consultant could have done, if I was the consultant will I do the same or not. Then after I pass that and the online examination, I can remember I was interviewed regarding my previous job experiences, why I applied to Teletech, my goals in life, what's my weakness, what can I contribute to the company, those stuff.

Fast assisted by friendly associates..approachable and facilities are working nice regarding with computer skill test..assisted by good number of associates that made the interview fast and like almost real time..on the same day of the interview i was able to get my medical slip ..
