I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Calle Blancos) in May 2017
Interview
Very vague and standardized, with no categorization whatsoever. This company as the sweatshop it is is only concerned on hiring people that would probably won't fit for a position. They look desperate to get personnel to fill in their poor and mediocre positions.

Interview
This was a joke. I applied online. I received a follow up email asking me to book an interview. I did. When I showed up for my interview I was not even acknowledged for 30 minutes. Then when the recruiter finally did come out he asked who had appointments. Myself and 2 others raised our hands, yet all 15 people were called back at the same time. Then they explained the pay rate was $11 p/h not the $12 p/h advertised. Then he left us sitting there for an additional 30 minutes while all the people without appointments filled out applications and such. The recruiter then announced that the interviewers were in other meetings and would not be available for another 45 minutes. Then why book appointments? Why do everything ahead of time like a responsible adult? I walked out. I was not going to wait an additional 45 minutes on top of the hour they had already wasted to interview for a position barely paying above minimum wage. I have never seen such an unprofessional and disorganized display of recruiting in my life.
