TTEC Customer Service CSR interview questions

There was a group interview a very helpful and friendly interviewer who introduced the company to everyone discussed the job responsibilities and pay scale. We were told that we will be updated if we have cleared the intiial interview via email even if rejected but haven’t heard since last 3 weeks.

It was a group interview which basically talked about the job and what you would be doing. It was super easy they didn’t ask any questions other then a roll call. It was an immediate hire!
