TTEC Customer Service CSR interview questions

I got in contact with the hiring manager for a first screening, then had to pass skill tests in regards to language requirements and customer service. The virtual interview was the last step. It was a group interview, which had a casual atmosphere and just a couple of questions. The interviewer was really nice. I felt like involved people (especially HR) had a lack of internal communication on a couple of things. I moved on with another opportunity.
