I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TTEC (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2020
Interview
I got in contact with the hiring manager for a first screening, then had to pass skill tests in regards to language requirements and customer service. The virtual interview was the last step. It was a group interview, which had a casual atmosphere and just a couple of questions. The interviewer was really nice.
I felt like involved people (especially HR) had a lack of internal communication on a couple of things.
I moved on with another opportunity.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Tell me how you solved a certain conflict.
I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.

Question 1
How you would handle a situation with a customer who keeps talking after you've solved their problem.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
