TTEC Custimer Service Representative interview questions

We were told it would be a one on one interview that turned into a group interview. The interviewers were late and weren't sure what they were supposed to do. The second interview was for a later date and not properly explained.

It was a little unorthodox. We all sat in a circle and were asked questions and informed about the company. It was not a one-on-one interview like every other I’ve ever been to. It did help to make you a little more comfortable though.
