Interview
It's an online application, easy to apply and upload you CV. However there is a scan which requires you to download something on a rather 'fishy' website. I have refused to do this as there's no evidence of it being secure.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TTEC (McAllen, TX) in Oct 2019
Interview
Answered questions with a pen & paper after watching/listening to a video with audio playback of a phone conversation between a customer service rep & a customer.
Then I was interviewed 1 on 1 in another room. They told me that my application showed plenty of previous work experience & that I seemed to be a good fit for the position.
I was asked to read a script, while the interviewer role-played along as a customer calling in about a problem. Afterwards they told me that I did a great job in reading the script & sounded like a natural for the job.
