TTEC Custimer Service Representative interview questions

Super easy. Actually there was no interview they just easily hired me. Although they asked me a bit question. The process took me 8 days after that i started my training.

There was a group interview a very helpful and friendly interviewer who introduced the company to everyone discussed the job responsibilities and pay scale. We were told that we will be updated if we have cleared the intiial interview via email even if rejected but haven’t heard since last 3 weeks.
