applied online and got call within a week.went there gave interview and then they told me they are interviewing me for customer service role.
Then they told me I don't have skills for the technical support role.
Funny part is my ex classmate works there as technical support rep.
both of us have same qualifications,but they didn't find me suitable.

They asking you about the technical stuff related to the department you already apply for it, also they will ask you about your life and your degree, they didn't as that you should be technical because you already will get a good training to be one of them also they will ask you about all stuff you already written in your CV

Interview
Four separate interviews.
First was over the phone to establish interest in being hired. Interviews two through four were conducted in-person by three different individuals, with a lot of similar questioning. Most of it was to establish technical proficiency and communication skills. After demonstrating my abilities and a brief casual chat with the final interviewer, I was offered the position and accepted.
