They reacted fast for my application. A Skype interview happened only after a postponement which about they only notified me 20 minutes before the appointment. After the Skype interview, they required me to solve an IT and language test that has different parts, including a comprehension test of English language and the language I wished to work with. I passed on every part and received an offer. (At this point I would like to note that information from the company's side started to come in unexpected times and in a scattered way.) The last step would have been a personal meeting to finish the interview process and proceed the work together, but they only informed me about the appointment some hours(!) before it. I apologized and explained in a polite way that unfortunately it wasn't possible to appear on that appointment since they informed me in the very last moment and I tried to offer several other dates (e.g. just the next day as well) and showed my enthusiasm about the position. This was 1 month before the starting date of the job (and just the beginning of the recruitment), but they never answered me again. Later on I decided to give an other try since they advertised new positions. I tried to reach out to them more than 1 time via phone and I got a promise of a callback from the competent person that never happened. In total, I believe this was a very impolite behavior and lack of education from the side of HR, not to mention the huge unprofessionalism during the recruiting process. It just never ever happened to me before, that an HR did not ask me if the date in question is appropriate for me. In any other cases Human Resource always respected me and my free time with informing me just in time about the planned appointment, and offered more than 1 date to chose, or the possibility to give a suggestion and fix the date together. This just gave me the worst impression and image of this company that made me believe the right step is never get in contact with them again, but that makes them lose a loyal future employee.
