applied online and got call within a week.went there gave interview and then they told me they are interviewing me for customer service role.
Then they told me I don't have skills for the technical support role.
Funny part is my ex classmate works there as technical support rep.
both of us have same qualifications,but they didn't find me suitable.

like what is wifi ,Internet service providers in canada,diff between texting and instant messaging.
typing test
Online assessment then Virtual Office zoom meeting. Then they let you know whether you passed the assessment before onboarding you. If you didn't pass the assessment you are invited after 30 days to retake the assessment.

Did get to interview since you have to pass assessment first.
The interview process was online which included typing, listening and reading test. Also analytical questions as well. All these sections are time bound. Once you complete the assessment and are successful. The offer letter is sent within a day.
The interview was easy to understand and they did respond and communicate with each step of the process to let me know my progress. I was hired within 5 days of submitting my application.
