TP Customer Service Advisor interview questions

The interview process was very easy. You come in and fill out an application form. You’re then given an introduction to the company, after which you’re asked if you can commit to the shift patterns.

It's a group interview at first. A group are brough tin, the interveiwer talks about the role, answers any questions at that time and there's also a farm to fill in as part of the application process. Then were were given a scenario for a roleplay and given some time to write a script based on the information provided. After the allotted time, we were taken one by one into a separate room for the roleplay session. Depending on who interviews you, you may or may not be told how you've scored after this is done. Then we were taken back to the canteen to wait our turn for a one on one interview.
