Group interview with about 6 other people first; some computer based tasks where you had an email asking a question about a product, you did not have any of the information provided but had to provide a suitable response based on what you thought would be roughly correct but also showing a bit of personaity. Then a 1-1 interview asking the typical sorts of interview questions.
