Interview
It was a group interview of about a dozen people. There were some group assessments to do to assess your interpersonal skills (though it's not obvious how this was monitored with only two staff max in the room), some tests on listening ability (e.g. someone says their postcode in a call and you need to write it down) and some customer service skills tests, like writing a response to a complaint as the managing director. There were no one-on-one interviews. Great if you need to get a job, not so great when you have to work with some 'characters' who weren't filtered out at interview stage.

Interview
Applied online in Teleperformance website, received a telephone call the next day and done a quick telephone interview and was invited to a group assessment the next day. The group assessment included doing a short presentation on myself, why I wanted the job, my goals etc, and a number of short exercises like spelling and grammar test, listening to calls and jotting down information. I then received a call later that day and done another short telephone interview and was offered the position.

Interview
if you can speak English, operate a computer passably well, are intelligent and are vastly over qualified they'll take you on, then they'll start to break you. Don't work for this company. The most complex question is likely to be to play a few calls and ask you to pick holes in them. The trick is to say that the quality really wasnt good enough. Anyone can read text off the website. If a customer has read the website but doesnt understand it, dont just parrot it back at her.
