It took about 30 mins to interview with customer service manager. The process seemed like chat. He introduced a lot about the branch and the position. And tell me he will send my resume to HR and have another interview with HR.

Interview
First there is an online questionnaire - to screen for personality and morality traits (e.g. What to do in certain situations and whether or not to justify possible perceived "immoral" actions)
After the questionnaire is processed, I received an email detailing the recruiter's info who would later schedule a phone interview with me.
Phone interview lasted about 30 minutes.
Final in-branch interview lasted about 30 minutes.

it was a group interview involving over 30 candidates and having both individual interview and a group presentation.
the whole process took like 3 hours, and each group had around 5-7 people.
and you will be individually interviewed by the branch manager from the location of your preference.
