TD Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

It was a PHONE INTERVIEW, in the afternoon. Ask you some basic status and a few behaviors questions. Told me to wait for some days but nobody connect me latter. It lasted for around 15 minutes. Asked Who referred you and what is the relationship? I think you should say you are very closed.

I went to the open house first. Had a brief interview with the manager. After two days, they called me for the group interview. During the group interview, we split into small groups for a presentation. During the mean time, the manager interview each person for 20mins
