I met the recruiters at an information booth on campus and was invited for an on-site interview. The group interview was a small presentation and some general behavioral questions. They really focus on and value communication and client engagement skills.

I received an email from the customer service manager. The next day I had interview with CSM and BM. The process took half and hour. Mostly asking you about your experience and why you want to work for TD, etc. It wasn't too bad overall, I got the offer on the spot.
