I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2016
Interview
Interview process was brutal for such a menial position. I had a total of 4 interviews.
The first consists of an online questionnaire (very standard), followed by a call.
My next interview was an online interview. Now this is not a face-to-face. It is just like a face to face, but you are talking to the computer's camera (feels very alien, but are becoming more and more common).
The third interview was another phone interview. This time they asked more questions, standard interview questions.
The 4th and last interview was a face to face. They brought a group of 30 people. They put us into groups, and we had about 3 hours to prepare a project and present it (brutal). Also, during this time they would pull each person to rooms, and that is where they would give you the face-to-face interview.
