TD Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I interviewed with the manager who spent time going over the role and asking general soft skill questions. Behavioral questions, one on one with the hiring manager. It takes about 30 minutes. She asked my previous experiences and sales skills.

I applied on TD’s Bank website. I was called for phone interview, after I went to a branch interview with the hiring manager. It was about behavioral questions and it was was done by two managers.
