TD Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Easy going, relaxed, and informal. Great experience. They interview had a few behavioral question. Mostly it was just having a conversation to get to know you better. Any one who has a interview with TD. Dont stress, it is a very easy process and just be yourself.

They sent a quiz for me to do , about 100 questions. Mostly scenarios of what i would do in said position and how would you react. Its based on personality and sales in the room. Then the 1:1 was basic where do you see yourself in 5 years within the company if hired. What great service did you provide to somebody. What bad experience did you have and how did you resolve it.
