TD Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Interview was pretty simple and easy going. Questions were related to customer experience. ******CONFUSION******* I want a suggestion. My HR called me and said the managers told you are a right fir for the role but you seemed little nervous so they have rejected you. But still he said he have some other vaccancies in the same area and said I can offer you those positions. I want to k ow, whether I have to appear for the whole interview again or directly hired as I have already given interview to manager and ASM
