Submitted CV online, did online assessment 1 week later. Then interviewed with Customer Service manager and branch manager 1 week after online assessment. Offer received 1 week after the interview.

Interview
I applied online after two weeks I received a link to ask lots of behavioral and personality questions. Next day I got a email to schedule a time for phone interview. After two weeks I got a email that was said I have rejected for that position. It was average interview.

It took around 1 hour. At first I was asked couple of questions about my career interest, CSR job description. Then the interviewer asked some behavioral questions such as my goal and target in my previous job, how handle irate customer. what was my goals and how I met them? Did I handle hard situations by myself or I asked manager to help

Interview
I applied online and then 2 weeks later I got a phone call from HR. We talked for about 15 min and then she faxed me information to the branch manager. I got a call from the branch manager 10 min after scheduling an interview. The interview took about 30 min and I interviewed with the branch manager and the head CSR. I'm waiting to hear back about their decision.
