I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TD (Philadelphia, PA) in May 2013
Interview
I went in as a customer to clear up my online access and had a very nice conversation with an FSR about various banking and personal topics. I asked if they were looking for help and he said yes. I received a call from the manager the next day. My interview was very conversational and pleasant. We talked about our backgrounds in banking, sales, personal interests and hobbies, schedule, family life, etc. I applied directly from the manager's computer right in the store, and was hired on the spot, pending background checks. i spent about an hour and a half in her office, and dropped off my resume later in the day. She introduced me to the assistant manager, and invited me to call back to schedule a conference call with HR. I did have a strong banking, mortgage and sales background so the job was a perfect fit. Within a few days I received a call from the recruiter who made the official offer with salary which was higher than i indicated on the application.

Question 1
Do you have any sales experience? Are you able to work nights and weekends? She asked about previous jobs I had also.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Richmond, BC) in Sep 2014
Interview
I was referred by an employee, so my resume got passed down to one of the managers. A manager called me and told me to go in for an interview. The interview was all behavioral questions; wasn't hard at all. Just had to give examples of how you handled a situation involving a difficult customer. They are very welcoming and make you feel at ease. Got a call back 2 weeks later and got an offer.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Mississauga, ON) in Feb 2015
Interview
I applied in person and got a call when there was a position open at the branch (approx 2 weeks after I gave my resume in). I was interviewed by the Branch Manager and the CSR Manager. They were both so nice and made me feel very comfortable (I was so nervous). Three days later I got an email for an online assessment from a recruiter. This was full of personality type questions (you rate it 1-5).
