TD Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

There was two interview. The HR recruiter asked me some basic questions related to my previous work experience and what I skills I could bring to the position. And some questions like why TD, a time you did an excellent customer service.

Went directly to the branch manager to ask about hiring process. Received an e-mail later on the week with a on-line behavioural interview. After a week from the interview, I received a phone interview with HR. After the phone interview, I was put into a group interview almost one month later since the phone interview. Group interview environment was very friendly as they made us do a presentation. Make sure you are calm and enthusiastic because they are looking for creativity to differentiate you from the others. Overall, great experience with the interviewing process.
