I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Calgary, AB) in Nov 2013
Interview
Interview was relatively easy. Interview was conducted by Branch Manager and CSR Manager. It lasted about 1 hour. They went by the booklet questions and just some small talk. They made me feel comfortable, it wasn't intimidating at all. You get to see the workplace, get a general idea of how everything works.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Vancouver, BC) in Feb 2015
Interview
I was first approached by a branch manager at my employment at a clothing store, where he offered to pass my resume along. Within a week, I was called to do a phone interview which lasted about 5 minutes. I was then invited to a group recruitment event in about one month's time. At the event, they had us do team exercises while taking individuals away to be interviewed. My interview was the least stressful I've ever had, and I must say the easiest. They informed us decisions could be made in two weeks, but I received a phone call after the weekend to come have a short meet-and-greet with the branch manager. I went in and they asked when I could start!
