Interview
Had a phone interview and 1 in person interview. As more of an entry level position, both the phone and in person interview were very straight forward interview questions. Asking about yourself, why you wish to work at TD, and where do you see yourself in the future. The whole process only took about 5 days as once I had my in person interview I received a phone call the following day informing me I got the role.

Quick interview with a few questions followed by an online questionnaire , First interview was face to face if they like your answers you will get to the online questionnaire, the actual interview was quite brief with just a couple of questions

Very basic behavioural questions, hiring is primarily based on fit. Large focus placed on customer service and how you can go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. Be prepared to answer behavioural questions revolving around your ability to thrive in both a leadership and teamwork setting. Explain a time you acted as both a team player and a leader.
