I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at TD (Marlboro, NJ) in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied online for the customer service representative position at TD Bank. I received a call two days later from a recruiter who was calling to fill the same position at a different but nearby branch. I agreed and we had a phone interview, just basic questions. After the phone interview, she sent me the assessment that needed to be done online, it consisted of attributes and characteristics that I needed to rate most like me, not like me and in the middle ect. After I filled out the assessment another two days passed and we were able to schedule and interview with a branch manager. The interview was easy. Mostly behavioral questions were asked and the "sell me this pen" bit which I did horribly at. I received the offer within three days. I'm currently waiting to have a criminal background check done, an employment and education background check done, and to hear back from a HR Coordinator concerning training dates.
