They gave me a phonic interview after online application and an online assessment test. The recruiter was very friendly and patient. The questions were all behavior questions. Preparing is best solution for this kind of interview.

Interview
I applied online, and the next day I was emailed a personality/behavioural questionnaire. A few days later got an email to schedule a phone interview. The next week I had a phone interview which lasted about 20-30 minutes, mostly asking behavioural and situational questions. After the phone interview the HR person told me I would be contacted within 2 weeks if I was selected. I received a phone call from an MCS 3 days later to schedule an in person interview. The MCS was very friendly and engaging in the interview. I got an offer later that day of my interview.

Interview
I had spoken with a recruiter at my university career fair then was emailed an online evaluation. The evaluation consisted mostly of personality and ethical questions on how you would react in a certain situation. I had a phone interview about a week later, then was called about 2 months later for an interview. The process was quite lengthy and they were hard to get a hold of in between steps.
