There were a lot of testing involved in the interview process. It lasted over a period of a few weeks and involved a phone interview, a 4 hours multiple tests interview, and a one-on-one interview with the actual on-site manager

Phone interview with HR rep, 30 minutes, applied online through website careers, received call within week. very nice on phone, questions in English and French. where do I see myself in 5 years, why do I want to work for TD, strengths and weaknesses, why do I like customer service. She kept my resume on file, and sent to branches that were hiring.

- ask you basic scenario questions (i.e., " what would you do if...")
- ask you why you chose to apply for TD and not any other bank in Canada
- ask you about your past experiences and how they pertain to the company
- layout of pay as well as sales expectations and customer service expectations
