Interview
Started with a group interview with about 20 people. There were a number of different activities that we had to do in the group interview. 6 people were short listed from the group interview and invited for a formal interview with the manager of customer service. from that, 3 were selected to be hired as customer service representatives.

Interview
I applied through the hiring event. With a group of six people, one of the rep was talking about the job and asked us to tell about ourself and if we have any questions. Later I was asked to do an online assessment. A day after, I was asked to do a webcam interview through HireVue. The interview took 20 mins. It include 10 questions, 6 of which was questions about you. I just finish completing my webcam interview and I am waiting for a call back.

Interview
TD held open house, went to the location dressed appropriately, resume in hand, interview very basic. The HR rep. was immediately impressed basically offered me position on the spot pending background.
